Skillet - Veggie


Skillets: Diced breakfast potatoes, bell peppers, onions and 2 eggs. Tinga skillet: Shredded chicken, cooked with onios and chipotle salsa. (Spicy) Barbacoa skillet: Shredded beef, marinated and cooked on guajillo sauce (guajillo peppers, oniond garlic). Carnitas skillet: Shredded pork meat, cooked on orange juice, seasoned with onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, jalapeño peppers.
